DL330 horizontal directional drilling machine refers to an engineering machine designed for the purpose of pipeline laying in case of no eacavation of earth surface,and is widely applied for laying pipelines for urban water supply,gas,natural gas,power and petroleum etc.This model has employed DongFeng Cummins engine,simply open-type hydraulic system.This machine is a fully automatic control machine with high totation speed and large torque.And a variety of speed for pull-push system.
1.1Applicable Scope
It is applicable for crossing construction in non-hard rock areas nationwide like soil,clay,sandy soil and weathered rock areas.its ambient temparature is -10℃±45℃.
1.2 FEATURES
1.2.1 with the adopting of Cummins C Series 153KW engine especially for engineering machine ,the machine has reliable power and can provide 330KN upseting and pull-back forcr and 12000N.m torque

1.2.3 Automatic replacement of drill pipe
The machine has automatic raplacement of drill pipe system,change drill pipe very simply and quicky.
1.2.4Automatic anchorage devices
Automatic anchorage device is located at front bottom of crossarm and used for fixing the drill machine in work position.it prevents the machine from stress displacement with resistance by knocking the anchor into ground .Caisson may be used under special geological conditions.
1.2.5Rubber crawler
The machine is fitted with rubber crawler to protect the pavement and minimize damage when it travels in urban area.protection area and scenic spots.
1.2.6High-performance filter
Famous international PALL filter score is employed for this machine,which has powerful waste removal and rosolution capacity and can guarantee reliable operation of the drilling machine for a long time.
